Military Service Deferral – For Those Interested in Enlisting:
If you wish to enlist in the IDF, you will need to submit a military service deferral, which we will process for you.
If you're interested, simply ask us for the deferral request form.
Please note:
Submitting a deferral indicates a clear intention to enlist in the army.
Choosing later on to do National Service (Sherut Leumi) instead may be problematic, and would require the approval of the IDF Exceptions Committee (Meitav).
Screening for Security Forces:
During the academic year, students will begin the screening and selection process for serving in Israel’s security forces.
The Midrasha staff will guide and support students through every stage – from preparation and assessments to the final placement.
Assignment to a position is conditional on:
Success in the Midrasha and university studies
Meeting attendance requirements
Passing the security screening process and final interview
